    Vivien

    Vivien is a BACP accredited counsellor. You can find her full profile in the BACP Therapist Directory or the independent Counselling Directory (links open in new tab). She has a private practice working online and face-to-face with adults, adolescents and children, based in Hertfordshire. In addition, Vivien has relationships with corporate clients offering executive coaching, management development, organisational development support and mediation expertise. She works integratively - this means she can draw on a range of theoretical approaches and tools to support her work with clients appropriately. These include CBT, NLP, psychodynamic, gestalt, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing). DNMS (Developmental Needs Meeting Strategy) and Brainspotting

    Before becoming a counsellor she variously worked in Human Resources, as an Organisation Development Consultant, business/executive coach and non-executive director of an NHS Hospital trust.
